2 ½ pounds of shredded cooked chicken (substitute rotisserie!)
3 cups of sliced red grapes
1 or two apples (diced)
2 cups of 0% fat, plain Greek yogurt
½ tablespoon yellow mustard
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup onion (optional)
1/2 cup celery (optional)
salt and pepper (to taste)
Just mix it all together! Simple as that!
