So I know how difficult it can be to peel hard boiled eggs. You don’t even want to mess with that part so you just don’t do it. Here’s a sure proof method to get those eggs peeled without the frustration!
Eggs
Large pot
Water
Bowl full of ice water
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Gently set the eggs into the water. (I used a slotted spoon.)
Turn down the heat and gently simmer for 14 minutes.
Immediately remove from the hot water and add them to the bowl of cold ice water. Let them sit in the ice water for 5 minutes.
I gently bang the eggs on the side of the sink and remove the shells under some running water.
There you go!
