Ingredients
1 1/3 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Powdered sugar (confectioner’s)
2 tsp Lime zest
2 TbspFresh lime juice
2 oz, softened Neufchâtel cheese
1 1/3 cup thawed Frozen lowfat whipped topping
5 drops free Food coloring
6 oz Graham cracker crust
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, sugar, lime zest and juice, and cheese; beat with an electric mixer at medium speed until well combined, about 1 minute. Add whipped topping and food coloring, if desired; beat at low speed just until combined. Spoon mixture into crust.
Cover and freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Cut into 8 equal wedges; let stand at room temperature 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
