Turkey Chili

2 lbs 99% fat free ground turkey


1 pkg Chili O seasoning


1 pkg Cincinnati chili seasoning


1 TBL chili powder


1 tsp dried cumin


1 tsp cinnamon


1 tsp ground cloves


1 tsp allspice


1/2 large onion grind in blender with a little water


1 tsp salt


Brown turkey, add seasonings and onion, 1/2 cup water


Add:2 cans kidney, light or dark red


1 can spicy kidney beans


1 can black beans


2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies


1 can tomato sauce


1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Simmer for 1 hour. I like to top with reduced fat shredded cheese. Kroger has a Mexican Blend that is pretty good. Add a few crumbled tortilla chips for a little crunch, sliced green onions and fat free plain Greek yogurt are great toppers too!
